Our services include part development through CAD software, CNC laser cutting, press brake forming, MIG and TIG welding of carbon, stainless steel as well as aluminum.
We also provide sawing, drilling, tapping, and bead blasting for a variety of materials as well as part delivery.
Through long-term working relationships we provide outside services including CNC machining, turning and multiple part finishes from powder coating, black oxide, e-coat, zinc plating, heat treating and anodizing.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drill & Tap professional to join our team.
As a Drill & Tap, you will be responsible for performing precision drilling and tapping operations on various materials.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision equipment.
Duties:
- Set up and operate drilling and tapping machines - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Select appropriate tools, drill bits, and taps for each job - Perform drilling and tapping operations according to specifications - Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality - Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Drill & Tap or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of drilling and tapping techniques - Familiarity with different types of drills, taps, and materials - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision equipment - Strong problem-solving skills - Good communication skills Skills:
