We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer II to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
1.
Utilize CAD software to create, revise, and maintain engineering design drawings, schematics, or models for projects.
2.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.
3.
Conduct detailed engineering analysis and simulations to validate design performance and reliability.
4.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
5.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective to produce.
6.
Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues that arise during the production process.
7.
Continuously research and implement new design techniques and technologies to enhance product performance and efficiency.
8.
Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, reports, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
3.
Proficiency in CAD software - Autodesk preferred but not a must have4.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles.
5.
Proven ability to design complex mechanical systems and products.
6.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
7.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
8.
Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
9.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
10.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
11.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
12.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest engineering trends and technologies.
13.
Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes.
