00 Full Time - Direct Hire Opportunity ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The items listed below are good representatives of the responsibilities required, but others may be assigned as necessary.
Receive material from Susta-WIP and ensure that material meets the requirements from the customer's order.
Stocking material into bin locations and making necessary inventory adjustments moving from MEDSTAGING into the appropriate bins.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders Reviewing hot list and proactively sending material for immersion testing.
Making journal entries for material being cut / transferred back from UT.
Responsible for pulling material for orders, packaging and staging shipments Cutting material with upcut saw as needed to meet customer requirements.
Pull mudflap orders for GTP Warehouse under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.
Cycle counts of material as needed.
Stock checks on standard non-medical material, when needed to meet customer specifications.
Ensure accurate inventory counts, when determined by the Operations Controller.
Backup Receiving Clerk, when needed Skills:
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks Mechanical knowledge to operate material handling equipment Attention to detail for quality control purposes Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory Must have clerical skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
