The Shop Hand will be responsible for ensuring that the shop is running smoothly and that customers are happy with their experience.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and has a strong desire to grow in the industry.
Qualifications Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and have a high degree of accuracy Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted, walk unassisted length of store, and stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to follow instructions as well as learn new processes and procedures as needed.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Must be able to work well under pressure, multitasking, and staying focused on individual tasks.
Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures.
